Message from PFP Executive Committee Chair
The PFP Executive Committee has been following developments with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) in connection with their proposed amendments to Form ADV, Part 2. In response to the proposal, the committee commented to the SEC with the overall intention of keeping the best interest of the investing public at the forefront while also not placing unnecessary burden on practitioners.
