The PrimePlus/ElderCare Task Force works to develop a service for CPAs and CAs to provide to their older clients and their children. The development of this service consists of, but is not limited to the:
· Development in the profession an awareness of the opportunities in PrimePlus/ElderCare Services
· Promotion and protection of the AICPA/CICA brand name called PrimePlus Services
· Development of practices tools for CPAs and CAs
· Definition and dissemination of best practices criteria to CPAs and CAs
· Development of practical guidance through training materials and publications
· Communication and education efforts aimed at the profession
· Communication, education and marketing/public relations efforts aimed at the public
· Communication and marketing/public relations efforts aimed at the media, opinion leaders, influencers, and decision makers in the geriatric care arena.
